Key Responsibilities Clinical & Technical Support: Provide exceptional, independent clinical support during cardiac procedures and follow-ups within cath labs and electrophysiology labs. Clinical Education: Deliver engaging in-service training, education sessions, and technical updates to physicians, nursing staff, and cardiac technicians. Customer Collaboration: Partner closely with healthcare providers and sales representatives to ensure the safe, efficient, and optimal utilization of advanced cardiology technologies. Patient Care Advocacy: Serve as a reliable clinical resource to support high-quality patient outcomes and seamless device management. Compliance & Documentation: Accurately document all clinical activities in alignment with company and regulatory standards. Territory Coverage: Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to support 24/7 territory needs and travel across the assigned region as required. What We Are Looking For Education & Experience: hands-on experience (3 years) working in a Cath Lab, cardiac clinic, or cardiology-focused environment. Technical Excellence: Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and general cardiology concepts. Customer Focus: A professional presence with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Autonomy & Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a dynamic medical environment. Mobility: A valid Australian driver’s license and the flexibility to travel within the territory, including evening/weekend on-call rotations.
